How to use talent education as educational innovation room

This video is relevant for teachers in higher education who want to innovate their regular education and are willing to introduce new forms. Working in an interdisciplinary way, introducing real time problems in the classroom or connecting students with representatives of the outside world are examples that are common in talent education but not always in regular education.
In addition talent education is flexible because it is for students who can and want do more. These students appreciate the freedom talent education offers them. They can fill in their own program and dare to experiment. And you are allowed to make mistakes that you can learn from.
This video gives a short explanation about honors education (honors education is a specific form of talent education) and an honors student tells about his experiences. Finally an honors teacher who also works in regular education explains how he introduced some aspects of honors education to challenge his regular students more. And that is the main subject of this video: stimulating teachers to improve their education in such a way that students perform better.
